Meet the team
Jesse, has been working in the staffing industry for over 15 years. When he realized that too many people are treated as a number rather than a person, he created Blue Water Staffing. He knows Blue Water Staffing can make a difference in the Healthcare staffing space.
When he isn’t working, he is spending time with his 4 kids and his wife. He enjoys BBQ’s and experimenting with new recipes.

Hannah Joined Blue Water Staffing in 2020. She was looking for a change and knew her customer service background could help Blue Water. She leads our payroll department with a single goal… to ensure all nurses and staff are paid on time every week.
When she’s not crunching numbers, she is being a mom to her kids, and expressing herself as a very talented and creative make-up artist.

Jeff has been in the recruitment industry for 6 years before joining Blue Water Staffing as a healthcare recruiter. He holds a B.S. in Business Management. His vision and ability to nurture relationships lead to long-term solutions and success.
Jeff loves spending quality time with his family and friends. He likes to do outdoor activities like hiking and nature tripping. He also loves to cook and make an experimental dish.
